David and Anna are a husband-and-wife team with over thirty years of combined healthcare experience.
To us, caring for patients isn’t just healthcare, it’s a calling.

Anna Johnson, DNP, APRN-CNP, FNP-C, WCC
Dr. Anna Johnson is a family nurse practitioner certified in wound care by NAWCO. Her background includes primary care, wound care, hospice and pain management. She has almost exclusively cared for patients with chronic, complex conditions and at-risk populations. She has cared for patients in various outpatient settings, including long term care facilities and those who are home-bound. She is also bilingual in Spanish.
She holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice, MS in Nursing, BS in Nutrition and BA in Spanish from The Ohio State University.
David is a registered nurse with extensive experience in caring for complex patients. His background includes step-down ICU, hospice, skilled and long-term care and memory care. Most recently, he served as a manager at an inpatient rehabilitation hospital.
He is an entrepreneur that has built several Columbus area businesses. He is passionate about expanding healthcare access and improving patient outcomes.
